The hotel was beautiful, but I had a rough night with noise outside.

Had a delightful stay at the Art Hotel. The heritage-listed building added a unique charm. My queen room was simply stunning with its contemporary décor and fresh feel. Enjoyed my evenings curled up in the cozy leather armchair. Parking on-site made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast options were tempting, especially the continental for just $13. I did face a few issues. The shower was tricky to adjust, swinging between freezing cold and scalding hot. it lacked basic room info, leaving me guessing about the heating and TV use. A few more amenities like tissues and a soap dish would’ve enhanced the experience. it’s a lovely place but could benefit from these tweaks.

The stay was enjoyable, especially exploring the nearby attractions like the beautiful Cataract Gorge Reserve and the historic City of Launceston Town Hall, both just a short walk away. The room had a cozy ambiance, and I appreciated the ample parking space available. What I liked the most was the hotel's convenient location that made it easy to discover local art installations around the area, such as the 1842 Art Gallery and The Mill Providore Gifts & Gallery.

everything met my expectations. it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and i loved the quiet location near everything i needed for work. the host was really nice too, giving good tips on local eats. i really liked the art pieces around the hotel, it gave it a nice vibe.

the shower was hard to control, going from freezing to scalding hot. also, some stuff in the room like the armchair looked kinda worn out.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Cataract Gorge, which made exploring with my 5 teenagers exciting. The room was neat and modern, and we enjoyed relaxing evenings in the courtyard. The atmosphere was pleasant, with air conditioning already set to a comfortable level.

My kids wished the reception hours were longer.
